Applicant applying with spouse alone: US$ 45,000
Each additional qualifying dependant (under 18 years of age): US$5,000.00
Each additional qualifying dependant (over 18 years of age): US$10,000.00
Applicant Applying with a spouse and over 4 qualifying dependents: US$ 10,000 each
Starts at: US $30,000
Each additional qualifying dependant (under 18 years of age): US$10,000.00
Each additional qualifying dependant (over 18 years of age): US$20,000.00
